Deposits and contracts

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of cost of menu is due at time of booking with contract signing. Should you wish to secure your date prior to menu choices, a nonrefundable deposit will be required to hold your date. Deposits may NOT be held for future events. If cancellation is requested, the deposit will be forfeited.
